RIOT Squad officers and the police helicopter were called to Mandurah on Friday night after a teenage party in Dawesville spiralled out of control.
Local residents called police about 10pm when up to 200 drunk and aggressive youths spilled onto the street and started causing damage to surrounding homes.
A 16-year-old Greenfields youth was charged by summons after allegedly pointing a laser at the helicopter just before midnight.
There were more arrests the following night when another party spun out of control in Mandurah.
A police officer was injured trying to break up the 250-strong crowd which had gathered at the CWA hall on Cooper Street.
Four people were arrested.
Locals are now counting the costs with the damage bill set to rise into what some say will be the thousands.
