AN UPCOMING performance by local dance troupe Pulse has been placed in jeopardy after group coordinator Tracy Harrington’s home was robbed two weeks ago.
Stolen from Ms Harrington’s home was a flat-screen television, Playstation 3 and various collectable items.
Also taken was a laptop computer and an external hard drive which had been donated to Pulse by the Bendigo Bank for the specific purpose of developing graphics and making video and multi-media presentations.
Both items contained vital information relating to Pulse show Dreamweaver which is due to premiere next month.
“Everything’s gone,” Ms Harrington said.
“Music that I’ve been editing for the show, funding documents and promotional stuff – it’s all gone.
“Hours and hours of work have been stolen.
“It’s going to make it very, very hard to get this performance together.”
Also stolen was the complete history of the performance group which has been running for six years.
“Videos and photos of the group have been stolen,” Ms Harrington said.
“It’s devastating.
“Our whole history is just gone.”
Ms Harrington said she was desperate for the return of the stolen items, especially the Acer Aspire 8920 gemstone blue 18.4cm laptop and 1TB hard drive.
She said she wanted to encourage the return of the items with no questions asked.
“I just want the Pulse stuff back.”
Anyone with information about the theft of the items is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
