A 19-year-old has been rushed to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital following a crash in Wannanup this morning.
The accident happened just after 5am on Old Coast Road near Rees Place.
Police said the man's white Mitsubishi Magna hit a tree. The man was trapped and had to be freed by emergency services before being conveyed to hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries.
At this stage it is not clear what caused the crash.
Police are investigating.
South-bound traffic experienced delays but the scene is believed to be clear now.
