A MAN accused of assaulting a two-year-old Golden Bay boy who later died was refused bail in the Rockingham Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
John Alexander Anderson, 26, has been in custody since September 9 following the tragic death of toddler Reef Dyson.
Investigations into the boy’s death are continuing and a definitive cause of death has not yet been released.
Anderson will reappear before the court on October 14.
